NurtureHaus does not control Facebook or Instagram's data collection or processing. The Website is not directed at children under the age of 13. NurtureHaus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. Contact inquiries submitted through the Website are retained for a reasonable period sufficient to respond to and follow up on the inquiry, typically not to exceed twelve (12) months from the date of submission unless a client relationship is established. If a client relationship is established, the transition to Jane App governs subsequent data handling.
